Pre-Order Shipping Timelines
Please note that all Pre-Orders come with an estimated shipping time frame of 5-6 weeks from the date of purchase, and in some cases, you may receive your order even sooner.
While we do our best to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. **Important Notice: All Pre-Order Sales Are Final**
All Pre-Order sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the custom production requirements of our products. Once an order is placed, we begin the administrative and manufacturing processes tailored specifically for your order.
In the event that a return is authorized for reasons other than a defective or damaged item, a 35% restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
